Enquiries
When you send an enquiry, we receive your name, email address, any phone number you provide and your message. These details are stored so our staff can review your enquiry and respond. Please do not include payment card details or other unnecessary sensitive information in a message.
Orders and delivery
Where checkout is available, we collect the contact and delivery details needed for the order, including your name, email, phone number, address and PIN code. The order record also includes purchased items, quantities, charges, payment status and delivery status.
Staff use order information to manage purchases, handle customer support and arrange fulfilment. Information needed to process payment or deliver the parcel may be passed to the relevant payment or delivery service.
Payments
When an online payment option is available, payment details entered into Razorpay checkout are handled by Razorpay. Our order system uses payment references and payment status to reconcile the order. Do not send payment card details to us by email, WhatsApp or the enquiry form.
Your shopping bag and cookies
Your browser stores the products and quantities in your shopping bag so they can remain available when you return on the same device. Clearing this website’s browser storage removes that saved bag. The bag does not store your payment card details.
During checkout, temporary browser storage helps recognise a repeated attempt and avoid creating the same order twice. That record contains a checkout reference and a fingerprint of the submitted details, rather than a readable copy of your address or payment details.
Staff sign-in uses session and security cookies. These support access to the administration area and help protect signed-in requests.
Private order links
Guest order lookup uses an order number and a private access code. Anyone with both may be able to view that order’s details, so keep the code and order link private. You can contact our team if you need help accessing an order.
External services
If you open WhatsApp, a social-media link or a payment service, that service’s own privacy terms apply to your activity there. Choosing to send us a message through an external service also shares the information you provide through that service.
